As we are currently operating on a pre-order model, please read the below shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

At lelagi•vai®, every piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality possible. Some of our collections are offered as pre-order items, meaning your garment is specially produced after your order is placed.

By purchasing a pre-order item from lelagi•vai®, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Production & Dispatch Timeframes

Pre-order items require a production period before dispatch.

Estimated production and dispatch timeframe:

4–8 weeks (EST. DELIVERY MID JULY)

Please note this timeframe is an estimate only and may vary due to:

manufacturing timelines
customs clearance
shipping carrier delays
high order volumes
unforeseen production circumstances outside of our control

We will always do our best to keep our community updated throughout the process.

Timeframes Are Estimates

While we work closely with our manufacturing and shipping partners to meet estimated timelines, delays can occasionally occur.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and accept that:

dispatch dates are estimates only
timelines may shift
delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation

We will always communicate transparently if significant delays arise.

Ordering Pre-Order Items

Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed. Your order secures your items within the production run.

As production begins based on customer demand and confirmed quantities, pre-orders help us minimise overproduction and create intentionally made pieces for our community.

Cancellations & Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-orders, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help where we can.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

change of mind
incorrect sizing selections
delays within the stated estimated timeframe

However, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.

Shipping rates may be updated over time as our brand grows and courier costs change.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to become active.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within our shipping prices.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.

lelagi•vai is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lelagivai.com so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
