At lelagi•vai®, some products may be offered through pre-order or other advanced purchase options to secure limited production quantities.

By placing an order using a purchase option, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:


Order Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.

Orders enter our production and allocation process shortly after purchase, which means materials, manufacturing space, and inventory may already be committed specifically to your order.


Change of Mind

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing selections
  • accidental purchases
  • delays that fall within the stated estimated production timeframe

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

While cancellations cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to assist where possible before production progresses too far.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue appropriately.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and dispatch timeframes associated with pre-order and purchase option items.

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for delays that fall within the communicated estimated timeframe may result in your order being paused, cancelled, or restricted from future purchases until resolved.
